THURSDAY, November 6th:

2:30 A.M.            Meet at Southern Coffey County High School, LeRoy, KS

                            North Gym entrance; Rolls, juice, coffee will be available.

3:00 A.M.           Buses Depart LeRoy (Heartland Bus Company)

3:15 A.M.           Stop in Burlington for some to board @ Coffey County Medical Center

3:45 A.M.           Stop at BETO Junction- For some to board

4:15 A.M.           Stop at Love's Travel Stop in Ottawa-For some to board

5:15 A.M.           Stop at Exit 210, Gardner Exit, Phillips 66 Station on south side of I-35

6:00 -/6:15 A.M. Arrive at Southwest Airlines Terminal  and unload

                            *Picture I.D. Required at security

                            *Only bring carry-on luggage

7:45 A.M.           Flight to Washington D.C., Reagan International

                            (Southwest Flight #4247)

11:05 A.M.         Deplane, go to restrooms and board tour bus for Washington D.C.

                            (Dillon's Bus)

12:00 P.M.          Depart DCA Airport (Box Lunch on Trip to DC)

12:15 P.M.          Arrive at Navy Memorial

12:45 P.M.          Depart Navy Memorial

1:00 P.M.            Arrive at Iwo Jima Marine Memorial

1:20 P.M.            Depart Iwo Jima Marine Memorial

1:30 P.M.            Arrive at Arlington National Cemetery

2:00 P.M.            Changing of the Guard

2:20 P.M.            Depart Arlington National Cemetery 

2:30 P.M.            Arrive Air Force Memorial

3:00 P.M.            Depart Air Force Memorial

4:30 P.M.            Evening Meal at Golden Corral- Hanover, MD

6:00 P.M.            Check into Hotel (BWI Hilton, Linthicum, MD)

6:30 P.M.            Group Meeting for all veterans and guardians followed by guardian mtg.

10:00 P.M.          Guardians in rooms and lights OUT

FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 7th:

6:30 A.M. to 8:30 A.M.  Rise, Shine, breakfast and check-out. (Free Breakfast Buffet at                                                  Hotel)

9:00 A.M.                    Depart Hotel for Washington D.C.

10:15 A.M.                  Arrive @ World War II Memorial/Washington Monument

11:00 A.M.                 Depart World War II Memorial

11:05 A.M.                 Arrive at Lincoln Memorial, Korean and Vietnam War Memorials

12:00 P.M.                  LUNCH (at Lincoln Memorial)

12:30 P.M.                 Depart Lincoln Memorial, Korean and Vietnam War Memorials

12:40 P.M.                 Arrive at MLK and FDR Memorials

1:50 P.M.                    Depart MLK and FDR Memorials

2:00 P.M.                    White House (walk and viewing)

3:00 P.M.                    Arrive at Reagan D.C. Airport

4:50 P.M.                    Flight from Reagan to KC (Southwest Flight #2373)

6:35 P.M.                    Arrive at Kansas City

7:15 P.M.                    Depart Kansas City for LeRoy (Meal on the bus)

8:30 P.M.                    Arrive at Love's Travel Stop in Ottawa

9:00 P.M.                    Arrive at BETO Junction

9:20 P.M.                    Arrive in Burlington

10:00 P.M.                  Arrive in LeRoy
